works with individuals, couples and families where anxiety, depression, frustration and grief may be present. Therapeutic work integrates a number of psychological perspectives and includes exploring feelings, cognitions, behaviours, current and past conflicts, physical wellbeing and desired goals. Clients are encouraged to make use of reflective tools, such as diaries, and to consider educational materials. Clients are encouraged to set realistic, achievable goals and to monitor their emotional, interpersonal and physical changes over time. Therapeutic work is often short-term (up to six months), but can be extended when needed. Adrienne has worked professionally in both adult and children’s services, and for the NHS. She is specialist in relationship work and individual work. She has many years’ experience working with those who have a range of mental health difficulties and troubling behaviours. She works with those who are contemplating making important life changes and those who wish to explore or understand their emotions and relationships. Her experience in working in child protection services has led to a special interest in collaborative law.
