I have worked as a clinical psychologist for over 20 years helping people to recover, strengthen and maintain their psychological health. I am trained in a number of psychological approaches including cognitive-analytic therapy (CAT), cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), systemic therapy and psychoanalytic therapy. I receive regular clinical supervision for my work as well as offering supervision to other practitioners.
I offer brief, medium and long-term therapy for a broad range of emotional problems such as depression, anxiety, early life attachment problems, OCD, stress, work problems and adjustment problems as well as offering support and advice to carers of people with emotional problems.
I am a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and am accredited with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the Association of Cognitive Analytic Therapy.
