I am a counselling psychologist with over ten years’ experience working in adult mental health settings and am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC). I trained in three different models (person centred, psychodynamic and CBT) and draw on therapeutic approaches known to help clients with their presenting difficulties. Therapy will initially involve a careful assessment and discussion of options. We will then meet for an agreed period of time and work together towards chosen goals. I have worked in a variety of adult mental health settings and am experienced in helping people with difficulties, such as: depression, anxiety, PTSD, childhood trauma and complex emotional needs. Outside of private practice I am employed as a consultant psychologist with a local NHS trust. Please note I am currently only able to offer digital meetings.
