I trained in three different models (person centred, psychodynamic and CBT) and draw on therapeutic approaches known to help clients with their presenting difficulties. I offer both short and longer term therapy.

Therapy will initially involve a period of careful assessment and discussion of options. We will then meet for an agreed period of time and work together towards chosen goals. I have worked in a variety of NHS settings and am experienced in helping people with difficulties, such as: depression, anxiety (worry, panic/ OCD/ body dysmorphia/ health anxiety), PTSD, childhood trauma, personality and interpersonal problems, eating disorders and psychosis. I am registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS) and adhere to the code of ethics prescribed by these organisations. Outside of independent work,

I am employed as a senior psychologist with the NHS. I also work as a tutor training counselling psychologists with the University of Surrey.
