Whether you have a specific concern that you would like to work on or a more complex problem that requires a more in-depth exploration into your behaviours, feelings, and thought processes; I feel it is really important to offer my clients a safe space in which we work collaboratively. This enables you to explore your difficulties that are causing you to feel blocked or stuck in the here and now. For example relationship issues, sexual identification, body dysmorphia disorder, LGBT issues, Eating disorders, stresses at work, bi-polar, specific anxiety, generalized anxiety, insomnia, depression, anger, sexual abuse, loss, grief, phobias, and drugs or alcohol worries.
