I am a trainee Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist, currently undertaking a doctoral programme with the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling and Middlesex University. My core training is in existential psychotherapy, which emphasises meaning, personal choice, and how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world.
At the heart of my practice is a deep respect for each person’s unique experience. I aim to offer an empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever feels important to you. While existential therapy forms the foundation of my work, I also work integratively and draw flexibly on ideas and techniques from psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioural approaches to suit your individual needs and preferences.
I’m especially drawn to working with people who feel lost, overwhelmed, or out of place; those trying to make sense of who they are and what matters to them. That said, I’m committed to meeting you where you are, and I welcome anyone who wishes to explore their inner world, whatever you may be facing.
I bring warmth, presence, and an open mind to the therapeutic relationship, informed by both my professional training and personal life experiences. I know how powerful it can be to feel truly seen and heard, and I strive to create a space where that becomes possible.
I am committed to ongoing personal and professional development, receive regular clinical supervision, and adhere to the ethical guidelines of the British Psychological Society and the UK Council for Psychotherapy.
I am an Integrative Counselling Trainee at Regent’s University, London.
I have worked therapeutically with a diverse range of client experiences in long term therapy since 2024 at the Psychosynthesis Trust, London. I also have experience in closely supporting young people, some of whom have had challenging experiences, and feel I have a deep understanding of the lasting impact childhood events can have on adult life.
I believe a trustworthy and non-judgemental relationship is fundamental to facilitate growth, and awareness of self, and I am dedicated to understanding the individuality of each client. I offer an empathetic and compassionate space from which to work alongside each other in exploring your feelings, truths, and what these mean to you. My practice is informed by psychodynamic and humanistic modalities, alongside an approach which holds value to the here and now experiences in the therapy room.
I am a student member of the BACP and therefore attentively follow their ethical framework. I am dedicated to continually enhancing my therapeutic understanding through my dedication to the MA at Regent’s University and Continued Professional Development, which align with client needs, and the nature of my practice.
As a psychotherapeutic counselling trainee I am developing my practice alongside the diploma training I am undertaking with Re-Vision in London. This includes working clinically with an integrative approach informed by a broad range of theoretical orientations including; humanistic, psychodynamic, transpersonal, gestalt, somatic, and family systems theory.

I am also a qualified shamanic practitioner with an interest in integrating nature-based ritual, ceremony, ancestral medicine and soul-work into my practice with individuals and groups. I continue to co-facilitate workshops and retreats in the UK and abroad.
Prior to counselling my background was in clinical medicine having qualified as a doctor in 2008 from Brighton and Sussex Medical School and practicing as a hospital consultant since 2016. As part of this role, I was a clinical tutor and mentor to undergraduate and post-graduate students.
I am a specialist member of the General Medical Council; accredited member (level 3) of the Internal Family Systems Institute; and a student member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I maintain rigorous continued professional development, mandatory training, and adherence to their published ethical frameworks for medical practice, counselling and psychotherapy.
I am a trainee counselling psychologist and psychotherapist in my second year at Metanoia Institute, with a background spanning over a decade as a screenwriter, educator, and workshop facilitator in both film schools and prison settings.
My approach is relational, trauma-aware, and collaborative. I integrate psychodynamic and Jungian depth work, cognitive approaches, and creative techniques as appropriate to each individual. I work in a person-centred way, respectful and empathetic toward each client’s worldview, including their spiritual or existential beliefs.
I believe that creating a safe and comfortable therapeutic space is key to helping people address what brings them to therapy, reconnect with meaning, and build emotional resilience. I’m particularly interested in issues around identity, life transitions, trauma, and spirituality. I also have a deep interest in the transformative power of imagination, metaphor, and narrative in therapy, especially through dreamwork, informed by three years of study at the Dream Research Institute and a foundation year at CCPE in London.
I hold an MSc in Psychology and an MA in Screenwriting, and I value the integration of both empirical and symbolic ways of understanding the human experience.
As a counsellor I am committed to continuous learning and personal development, ensuring that my practice remains attuned to your evolving needs.
